If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I asked for the impossible and received instant results. Moved into a rental home with shag carpet that had unbelievable pet damage. Landlord refused to replaced so I called Nick. Can not begin to describe the service. Was there when they said they would be, did the job better than I could have ever expected. I just love how quick Johnny got out to the house after we called him in a panic to clean our carpets for an in-home meeting that was scheduled. The pet stains and odor came right out, I couldn\'t believe it! Their products are amazing and they don\'t try to up sell you on anything you don\'t need. His professionalism was outstanding. I absolutely love how everything is pet friendly so there was no need to worry about my fur babies being in the living room after he finished the job. I will never call another company again. I took a recommendation from a friend after using multiple companies and I am so happy I did. Today was the second time I used ekoserve and they will now be my go to company. I recently moved into a rental home and the carpets were horrible and I felt like it always smelled like wet dog. Aaron came out and cleaned the carpets and a white sectional couch. I thought customer service was dead, but Johnny changed my mind... at least with rugs! I was stunned he would give up part of his Sunday to help me out. The rugs he cleaned (4 of them) looked new afterward, which I thought was impossible, especially with eco-friendly products. He spent quality time on them and the smell was pleasant and didn't annoy me or my dog at all. He instructed me on their products and took his time to make sure I understood how to use them properly (pretty easy). He actually cared about my rugs as much as I did. There's no comparison between this and simple steam cleaning. I'll definitely call again and refer him and Ekoserve.

We got a referral to Ekoserve from our real estate agent and used them for a move out clean on our old house. I had an issue with scheduling (purely my error) that Nick bent over backwards to correct. That alone impressed me greatly since I value customer service highly. Then there was the cleaning. We had both carpet and tile cleaned and everything looked fantastic and smelled great when they were done! I thought the price was completely fair and competetive. I will definitely be using them for all my future floor and upholstery cleaning needs and will be happy to recommend them to others.

You need to know that this is not just another carpet cleaning company...Nick is such a nice, polite guy. He was on time (a miracle, right?). Explained everything before he got to work as well. Went above and beyond the normal routine - made double sure to get all the pet stains up; even the ones I wasn't aware of. After years of kids and dogs and just general abuse, my carpet looks like we just installed it yesterday! And so do the dining room chairs... I'm so impressed and so happy that we called ekoserve.
